Account Deletion Request
If your SmartLocker by Jenix app account supports direct account creation, you can request deletion from inside the app and also by using this web page process.
How to request deletion
- Send an email from your registered email ID to jenixindia@gmail.com with subject: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your account email/phone, organization name, and app/environment details.

Deletion timeline
We target processing valid deletion requests within 7-15 business days after identity verification.
What gets deleted
- User profile and app account credentials tied to the requested account.
- Associated application-level personal data, subject to contractual and legal constraints.
What may be retained for limited period
- Security logs, fraud prevention records, and legally required data retention artifacts.
- Billing or compliance records where retention is required by law or contract.
Important notes
- Temporary deactivation is different from permanent deletion.
- If your organization is the service owner, deletion may require authorized admin approval.
