Account Deletion Request

If your SmartLocker by Jenix app account supports direct account creation, you can request deletion from inside the app and also by using this web page process.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email from your registered email ID to jenixindia@gmail.com with subject: Account Deletion Request.
  2. Include your account email/phone, organization name, and app/environment details.
  3. For quick support, you may also message on WhatsApp: +91 72402 26566.

Deletion timeline

We target processing valid deletion requests within 7-15 business days after identity verification.
