This Privacy Policy applies to SmartLocker by Jenix applications, websites, dashboards, firmware-connected services, and related support systems operated by IOTSoft / Jenix ("we", "our", "us").

- Name, phone, email, organization and project details shared during onboarding or support.
- Account details submitted by admins, operators, agents, or customers.
1.2 Locker usage and device telemetry
- Cabinet/device identifiers, board identifiers, locker IDs, lock events and audit logs.
- Access mode metadata (such as card, PIN, face, QR, mobile app, API trigger).
- Operational timestamps, status, and error diagnostics.
1.3 Payment-related data
- UPI transaction references and payment status metadata required for service operation.
- We do not store full card numbers or UPI PIN credentials.
1.4 App/device permissions
- Depending on app features, we may process camera, Bluetooth, network, notifications, and device information.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide locker automation, access control, payment flows, and operational reports.
- To secure systems, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.
- To communicate updates, support responses, and critical service notifications.
- To comply with legal, audit, and contractual obligations.

We may share limited data with trusted service providers required for platform operation, such as:
- Cloud hosting / infrastructure providers
- Authentication and notification providers
- Payment gateway partners

We do not sell personal data.
