1. Acceptance
By using SmartLocker by Jenix products, software, website, APIs, dashboards, and mobile applications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Service Scope
SmartLocker by Jenix provides electronics and software automation layers for cabinets and lockers, including control cards, lock controls, cloud/edge logic, access methods, and related integration services.
3. Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for account credentials and role-based access controls under your organization.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- Unauthorized use, abuse, reverse engineering, or security bypass is prohibited.
4. Payments and Commercial Terms
- Commercial terms may include hardware, setup, support, subscription, and renewal charges.
- Pricing, taxes, and payment obligations are governed by proposal/invoice/contract.
- Late or failed payments may result in limited service mode where contractually applicable.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Do not interfere with platform stability, security, or data integrity.
- You are responsible for lawful deployment in your jurisdiction and use case.
6. Intellectual Property
All SmartLocker software, documentation, hardware designs, marks, and platform components remain the property of Jenix / IOTSoft unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy, including retention and deletion practices.
8. Service Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, updates, network dependency, third-party outages, or force majeure events may affect availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jenix / IOTSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, security risks, or legal requirements. You may discontinue use in accordance with your commercial agreement.
11. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after update means acceptance of revised terms.
